Our Vision Our founder Nikki Munkondya-Ferguson started baking as a hobby, making cakes and cupcakes for friends who she met at Christian fellowhip gatherings. From the ouset Nikki sought to make cakes using the best possible ingredients, sourced from fair trade suppliers. Her other passion is to support worthwhile charitable causes.s Through the encouragement from people in her circle, particularly those who tasted her cakes, she then went on to launch Nikki's Bountiful Bakery, which is now affectionately referred to as NBB. She later trained to become a level-2 patisserie chef developing skills in French patisserie and confectionery. NBB now supplies cakes to many parts of United Kingdom, from the Middlands to the South Coast.
