As well as seeing clients on a one to one basis, Nicola has successfully run Zest4Life weight management programmes, organised Corporate Wellness Days, and with an increasing interest in mood and memory, is currently running The Brain Health Programme - as series of talks and workshops encompassing nutrition and lifestyle strategies to optimise cognitive health.
