FERTILITY AT WORK COACHING: When people experience fertility challenges, it can cause or exacerbate work challenges. Emma has a unique specialism helping people manage these two significant areas of life in harmony. She is a leading coach in this area and also works with organisations, helping them manage fertility in their workplace. 

ABOUT EMMA: As well as being a fully qualified Coach and NLP Practitioner, Emma practised Employment Law for over 13 years in a multinational law firm and major British multinational retailer. She provided advice across sectors, at all levels of business, from shop floor to Board room, on issues such as conduct, performance, attendance, ill-health, redundancy, reorganisation, discrimination, flexible working and executive hires and terminations. She therefore has a broad insight into career and workplace issues, a deep understanding and appreciation of the needs, challenges, rights and obligations of individuals and their organisations and the skills to facilitate sustainable change.
