Sports Nut are sports coaching specialists for children over 4, running expert yet fun swimming lessons, as well as cricket, triathlon and football coaching.

With a Swim School in both Beaconsfield and High Wycombe, our swimming classes are safe, fun and follow a series of progressive frameworks. We teach complete non-swimmers through to advanced competitive swimmers, swimming at a national and regional level, and include essential lifesaving and water safety skills as part of our award scheme. Sports Nut’s qualified, experienced swimming coaches have taught thousands of children (and adults) to swim, giving them a life-long skill and confidence in the water. Sports Nut Cricket Academy is run at our Beaconsfield location by our hugely experienced, ECB qualified coaches - some of whom have played county and international cricket - and is the perfect place to develop batting, bowling and fielding skills. The Cricket Academy is open to children of all abilities, whether they’re completely new to cricket, or want to hone their skills with a view to playing professionally.

Sports Nut Junior Tri-Club is open to children from eight-years-old and is a brilliant way to have fun, get fit and try out Triathlon - even those tricky transitions in between. Triathlon sessions are tailored to children’s ages and ability, making them achievable and fun to do. They also take place in the secure environment of Davenies School, Beaconsfield under the guidance of our skilled, safety-conscious Sports Nut Triathlon coaches who are trained to deal with every eventuality; from teaching children about water safety to pumping up flat tyres.
