Successful Coaching, founded in 2023, is a consultancy and coaching agency that has gone on to serve over 40 clients in our first year, from mammoth organisations like Pluss, Samaritans, Citizens UK and the RSA to small charities in their start up phases. We founded the first Consultants network for management, research and coaching consultants across the UK (Charity Consultants UK).

We tackle people issues, coach leaders, research strategies, provide mental health friendly organisational and workforce development. We specialise in coaching that is therapeutically informed, recognising that leaders and teams issues often coalesce around mentally healthy leaders and organisations.

We offer fully funded coaching under Access to Work for leaders and teams with cognitive disabilities, mental health, autism, ADHD or other neurodivergent traits.

We follow a strength based approach that helps you celebrate your individual and unique strengths.

I also founded NeuroAdvantage CIC in December 2024 with a merry band of changemakers working on post 16 education and inclusive careers reform, because we love to do things differently and we are working to reform education to reflect the complex needs of autistic and complex needs young people today. We are keen to meet local employers in Buckinghamshire, as we are based in Buckingham.
