Award winning legal firm, Barton Law choose TalkOne as their Telephony Partner

In early 2022 Peter Barton and his team of 30+ left a National Law firm and created a new business called Barton Law. Peter and his team specialise in equity release and the business has had a fantastic start, winning best legal firm 2022 at the Later Life lending awards. When Peter and the management team decided to make the move rather than go to the existing suppliers they wanted to ensure they selected the right partner to meet the current needs and future requirements.

Barton Law needed a telephony platform that could be implemented and deployed quickly and easily and was suitable for hybrid working, which TalkOne were able to provide with their cloud-based telephony platform.
TalkOne’s attitude that the telephony should complement the business’ workflow rather than creating restrictions on how the business operates was an extension of Peter Barton’s own vision for excellence.
The need to be able to rapidly adjust the call flows to suit the unforeseen changes required during the initial business implementation. With the hands-on, ticket free approach TalkOne were able to react quickly, from just a call or email describing the change required.
The ability to seamlessly integrate to Barton Law’s case-work, based CRM platform when the time is right for the business. TalkOne have a demonstrable track record of integrating with a wide variety of CRM platforms, via native APIs where they exist or via the development of “middleware” to facilitate the desired integration.
Working closely with Barton Law, TalkOne were able to play their small part in a trouble-free launch where the telephony platform was closely aligned to, and part of the, reorganization of Barton Law’s working processes with the creation of “super teams” to ensure that advisers feel supported by Barton Law with double the number of senior case handlers on teams as well as a higher number of juniors.
