TAB brings together groups of about half a dozen business owners and leaders who meet regularly, like a board of directors, to help each other identify opportunities and solve problems. We do this by sharing experiences, ideas, recommendations and perspectives.
Whilst TAB members often do business with each other, you'll be pleased to know that these are not networking meetings!
Each month every TAB member has a dedicated "time slice" in which they can discuss, in complete confidence, anything in their business that is troubling them, safe in the knowledge that the advice they receive will be from people who are a) not in competition with them b) not trying to sell them anything and c) completely familiar with the unique challenges of owning and running a small/medium sized company.
TAB members also benefit from monthly 1-1 sessions with an experienced facilitator and access to bespoke business planning and management tools designed with SMEs in mind.
