A bit about us
I'm passionate about organisational health allowing people to enjoy their lives more. I implement a PROVEN business system, EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), used by 275,000 organisations with a 1st year average growth rate of 37%.
I help entrepreneurs who have people issues (82% do), are hitting the ceiling, frustrated, have lost control, unhappy with growth/structure or who feel nothing's working.
With 24 years of industry experience, including 12 years as a Global Head, along with an ICF (ACC) accreditation in Business and Personal Coaching, and my role as a Professional EOS Implementer, I bring a diverse and comprehensive skill set to the table.
Target market is 10-250 employees, privately held entrepreneurial companies whose owners/leadership teams are open-minded, respectful, appreciative, growth oriented, frustrated, want help and are willing to be open, honest and vulnerable.
