Army in the South East Challenge Day

The Army in the South East Challenge Day is a multi-activity event that highlights the diversity of military roles and personnel, allowing participants to develop teamwork and leadership skills by competing in military tasks and challenges whilst learning about the Army.

Participants will work as part of a team to solve a range of mental and physical challenges. You will learn more about the Army and its people and it will provide an insight into how they get the best out of their people.

You will have the opportunity to develop leadership and teamwork skills and consider how you can build confidence, resilience and courage in yourself and others.

It is free of charge. It takes place on March 26th at Longmoor Training Camp in Hampshire.

For more details, download this informational flyer and visit the Eventbrite page to book.

There is an additional Challenge Day on May 9th in Mereworth Woods, Kent. Full details are on the Eventbrite page here.

Being a Forces Friendly employer

As signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant, Buckinghamshire Business First is committed to treating those who serve or have served in the armed forces, and their families, fairly. We also encourage other businesses to support these individuals.

We're proud members of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Bronze award, pledging our commitment to defence values and the Armed Forces Covenant.

Here in Buckinghamshire, which is home to RAF Halton, one of the largest RAF stations in the UK, let's also inspire others to honour and support our brave defenders.
