The Unthink Women's Leadership Programme offers female leaders a space to reflect and build confidence, and listen to other women's stories to inspire them to smash their career goals and help organisations achieve their equality and leadership targets.

The programme is a three-week course delivered online throughout May (11th, 18th, 25th).

It is free for SMEs - but limited spaces are available on a first-come first-served basis.
