Ngage Solutions has now ceased to trade, and its activities, team members, assets, and liabilities have been fully transferred to Buckinghamshire Business First, bringing all our activity into one company with effect from the 1st April 2026.

Ngage has been a wholly owned subsidiary of the BBF Group since 2011, and this change will now bring all activity into one company, providing much clearer governance and a leaner, more resilient operation.

There will be no disruption to services, contracts or contacts — it’s the same people and expertise, now working within a single, streamlined structure.
