What's in it for you? Apart from getting your stuffing done for free, you'll be helping the young people gain experience in following instructions, being systematic and working as a team - all invaluable skills when preparing for the world of work.

They are happy to pick up the envelopes and letters/Christmas cards and stuff them at the school before bringing them back to you. Win!
