primarily for the construction industry and also generator sets.  They
tend to stack these two high, use a crane and need good access for
lorries.  However, the site does not need to have any prominence and can go “back of site”. 

They would erect a small building of
about 7,000sqft on the site.

The strong preference is for a
freehold.  Lease considered.

We have recently acquired a 10 acre
site in the Swindon area, a 5
acre site in Devon and similar sized sites in West Midlands
and Northampton with another  under offer in North Kent so it can beseen
this is a geuine requirement and my clients are serious.
