Have any other businesses had their  Business Interruption Claim refused by Hiscox Insurers?

My wording specifically says;

What is covered:   We will insure you for your financial losses and other teams specified in the schedule resulting solely and directly from an interruption to your business caused by:

           Public authority        7.   Your ability to use the venue due to restrictions imposed by a public authority during the period of insurance following:

            b.     an occurrence of a notifiable human disease

Hiscox are claiming this means that the incident of notifiable disease has to be within 1 mile of the venue!
