I occupy a new unit (from July 2019) which doesn't yet appear on the register, because of that I haven't been able to apply for Small Business Rates Relief. Its 1,000 sq ft and I estimate the rateable value would have been around £6.5K, so as it's my only premises I absolutely would have qualified for SBRR and therefore the grant.

What should I do about this. I did email AVDC a week ago but (and I can see the reason for this) there has been no acknowledgement yet. Is there anything else I can do?
