I'm looking for advice for a start up loan/grant for a business I would like to get off the ground.
I have a business plan in place but I don't have the best credit rating so am unlikely to be accepted by the banks for a loan.
Can you please talk me through my options?

Katherine, I can put you in touch with a local member who deals with the Start-Up Loan Company. This is Government backed scheme for UK nationals. Loans are up to £25k, they are available for business who have been operating less than three years and comes with a Mentor who will support you for a year.
