Delilah Cosmetics, based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, is a cruelty-free, vegan-friendly cosmetic brand with principles, registered with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).

Following discussions with one of our knowledgeable Growth Advice advisers, Janet Fricker of Delilah Cosmetics gained the clarity she needed to look at the business strategically, examine where they wanted to be in two years’ time and what had to be done to get there. Janet learned how to prioritise and where to find the resources needed to be successful. After taking time out to look at how to grow the business, Janet also now knows what areas to invest in and has the confidence, know-how and skillset to move the business forward, with growth plans firmly set in place.
