Lunch with a Paralympic Champion

Lunch with a Paralympic Champion

Thomas was crowned Paralympic T38 100M Champion at Tokyo 2020, his first Paralympics at just 21 and after the lockdown.

Training and Major Championships, coupled with navigating life in his early 20’s and learning more about his impairment, the 23-year-old, who went from not knowing why he couldn't ride a bike to Paralympic Champion in 4 years, radiates positive vibes as he tells his story.

Seeking to build on the form that in four short years from his classification saw him win Paralympic Gold, World Silver in 2019 and twice be crowned European T38 100M Champion. He is now targeting the grand slam of Paralympic, World, European & Commonwealth titles.

Never heard of Thomas Young?  Remember his name - you will be hearing it again.
