When you're in a solo HR role, perhaps reporting to the owner of a small business, maintaining effective and productive working relationships with the senior team is vital, but it isn't always easy.
A key skill to develop is managing upwards and this event will explore how to do this successfully. In particular, we'll focus on how to apply this within a small business environment where you're the only HR professional.
