When you're in a solo HR role, perhaps reporting to the owner of a small business, maintaining effective and productive working relationships with the senior team is vital, but it isn't always easy. 

A key skill to develop is managing upwards and this event will explore how to do this successfully. In particular, we'll focus on how to apply this within a small business environment where you're the only HR professional. 

This will be an interactive session, so come ready to share your questions, examples of personal challenges, and examples of what's worked well for you!
