Zoe Cogan is an executive coach and facilitator who helps individuals and teams realise their potential and achieve their goals.

Zoe spent the first 16 years of her career as a Learning and Leadership development professional, working initially for a Magic Circle Law Firm and then an American Investment Bank.  Her experience of working in these global, dynamic, highly matrixed organisations, has provided her with first-hand experience of the challenges faced by high achieving professionals.

She has extensive experience of partnering with clients at all levels of the business to understand their needs. In creating a comprehensive Leader-Manager development curriculum, Zoe has stoked her passion and skills for helping managers and their teams to be the very best they can be.
