Scannappeal, a charity which donates state of the art medical equipment to hospitals across Buckinghamshire, has announced its first Business Breakfast of 2026. Proudly sponsored by Saffery, this business leader networking event is designed to raise vital awareness of the charity’s current appeals which will help thousands of local people.
Taking place on 24 February at The Journeyman in Gerrards Cross from 8am to 10am, the breakfast will feature multi-award-winning global marketing leader James Peach as keynote speaker. Under the theme “Build to Scale – How Great Brands Grow,” James will share practical lessons from his experience building high-performing marketing teams behind some of the world’s most recognisable brands.
The talk will deliver real-life insight, humour and actionable ideas designed to help senior leaders unlock growth, navigate change and build resilient organisations. Alongside his marketing career, James is also known for his adventurous achievements, including cycling 41,000km solo around the world, hiking across three continents and completing the first-ever triathlon which covered distances that stretched across an entire country.
Luke Hanratty, Saffery Partner says:
“We’re delighted to sponsor the Business Breakfast again and support Scannappeal’s important work within our local communities, while bringing business leaders together to network and exchange ideas.”
Nigel Naylor Smith from the Scannappeal adds:
“Events like this help us to continue raising visibility of Scannappeal and the funding of medical equipment that makes a real difference to patients and NHS teams. The Business Breakfast series is designed to thank the business community through offering up inspiring and insightful guest speakers like James Peach. We’re incredibly grateful to Saffery for their continued support and to the business community for coming together to help improve the outcome of many patients in the county.”
Tickets are priced at £28 in advance and include a light breakfast with tea and coffee. The event is open to the business community and attracts senior decision-makers from a variety of industries.
