Understanding Neurodiversity at work

Understanding Neurodiversity at work

Neurodiversity at work is a strand of organizational diversity that currently attracts well deserved attention. Put simply neurodiversity provides a competitive advantage in innovation and adaptability to the changing world and reduces risk.

Neurodiversity encompasses neurological differences such as Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Conditions. It’s main tenet is that neurological diversity is an internal part of the diversity of human talent and should be protected and promoted.

Neurodivergent people have brains that are wired differently and as the result they literally think differently, approach issues from a different perspective resulting in innovative, creative solutions to complex problems, understanding of hidden trends and patterns that lead to new and improved processes, products and services.

The training session will address:

  • The business case for neurodiversity
  • The profiles and key strengths of the main conditions
  • Practical tips in neuro-inclusion in the workplace
