New business idea but no time to research and develop it?

Take up a Bucks New Uni service where you brief a team of students to work on your idea, helping them gain experience in the process.

A message from Buckinghamshire New University:

As a business owner or manager, there are probably ideas you would like to develop and projects you would like to implement but you just don’t have the time or resources.

Imagine a situation where you could brief a team of up to five students to work on this idea or project. The students would be supervised by lecturers and you could direct them towards an outcome that would have a positive benefit for your organisation or department.

It's a win-win situation.

  • The students get the experience of working for a real business, helping their future employability.
  • Your business benefits by making something happen sooner and maybe better with the students’ work and insight.

This is a unique and proven service that Buckinghamshire New University have been offering to local businesses for the last five years.

The students will research and pitch for the projects in the first term (September onwards) and begin making contact with you from January 2020 to deliver the final project in April.

The most effective projects in the past have included elements of finance, marketing and general business management principals.
