The Shott Scale Up Accelerator is for start-up or established high-growth engineering and technology SMEs who are looking to scale up.

It is designed to prepare leaders to scale up their companies and is an opportunity to refine strategy and enhance leadership skills while continuing to work on the business. 

What's included?

• A grant of up to £10,000 to pay for leadership courses of your choice
• Six months of expert business mentoring
• One-to-one personal development coaching
• A lifetime of support and access to the Taylor Centre, a co-working and meeting space in central London

Who can apply?

Candidates must be decision makers in engineering or technology businesses that have raised at least £1,000,000 through equity investment or turnover from the previous year, or a combination of both. Full guidance notes are listed on the website.

The deadline to apply is 4pm on May 30th 2022.
