The morning is spent with Carys Dorritt, looking at some of the fundamental tools of digital marketing, in recognising who are your prospective customers, how to engage with them with your own products & services. Plus, marketing to your existing customer base and the marketing strategies that you need to put in place to keep them.
With sales as the lifeblood of all successful businesses, the afternoon session with Martin Knowles acknowledges that most business owners aren’t trained in selling and lack either confidence or expertise in building a repeatable sales pipeline. Perhaps it’s a concern about appearing pushy, or just an outright fear of rejection.
