About the speakers

Helen Pettifer

Having previously worked as a Customer Service Manager in the security industry, Helen Pettifer set up Helen Pettifer Training in 2016 with the aim of raising awareness and standards in Customer Service practices.

As a consultant, she offers advise and support to companies on both internal and external Customer Service, providing knowledge and training on staff engagement, organisational processes, and customer experiences.

She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), a member of Toastmasters International and a Board Member for Young Enterprise.

Kerrie Brindle

Following a career in recruitment, Kerrie retrained as a personal trainer and nutrition & weight management advisor. An MBA graduate, Kerrie now combines her business acumen with her health and fitness knowhow, believing that living a more active, healthier life positively impacts your mental wellbeing, motivation and performance at work.

Kerrie set up beneFIT Health & Wellbeing in 2014, and works with organisations to create healthier workplaces through the delivery of health & wellbeing programmes, workshops, and health checks.

Kerrie is a Business Advisor for Young Enterprise.
