Who should attend?
This event will be particularly valuable to young professionals, senior managers from professional services, and other business sectors, who want to build their network as well as learn new workplace skills.
Why Attend?
Make new connections, and learn how to be heard at work. This gentle introduction to coaching is designed to support junior professionals in building confidence to speak up in everyday workplace situations. The session will explore why speaking up can feel challenging and will offer practical, coaching-led prompts to help participants contribute with greater clarity and confidence in meetings and conversations, in a way that feels authentic to them.
