Most people I work with are very good at what they do. They just don’t look or sound like it.

They tell me they “lack confidence.” They hate networking. They avoid presenting. They feel like a fraud when they speak up. What they actually want is simple: to feel comfortable in their own skin. They want to articulate what they do clearly and walk into a room and not shrink.

That’s where I come in.

I spent much of my career in sales and client service roles and witnessed first-hand, how poor communication can make or break a deal, a relationship or a business so I set up Partners With You in 2000. We use techniques from the world of theatre and the skills of professional actors to help people in business communicate more effectively and confidently; typically working on areas such as presentation, networking, team building, leadership, sales and customer service.

A certified PRISM Brain Mapping practitioner and One of Many™ Certified Coach, I help my clients understand their communication preferences and how to adapt them to get better outcomes.

I write a monthly column for the Watford Observer and Newsquest and am the author of “Step Out From The Shadows: How to be seen and heard at work” and “Successful Networking”.
