What Do Successful Organisations Do Differently?

What Do Successful Organisations Do Differently?

Investors in People have been making work better for organisations across the world since 1991. In that time, we’ve worked with over 11 million people and over 55,000 businesses. Because happy people are healthier people, and healthier people are more productive. Productive people are good for business, and in turn, society.

Who is the event aimed at?

Leaders, Directors, Human Resources, Senior Managers in ambitious organisations who want to ensure their employees have the best possible workplace experience and want to improve business performance at the same time.

How will you benefit from attending?

Sometimes the simplest things have the biggest impact.

Join us and find out how 11 million people in 66 countries are driving their organisations profitability, productivity, turnover, participation, wellbeing and customer loyalty as well as driving down the quality issues, simply by focusing on one business critical issue.

Great things happen when people come together.  In uncertain times, employee engagement can mean the difference between a business thriving versus simply existing.  It’s also the difference between having loyal and raving advocates / clients versus a list of transactional customers.

Join us and discover how you can drive employee engagement in your organisation and how that’s just the start of yhour continuous organisation improvement journey.

What knowledge will you take away with you?

Attend and discover the true benefits of having an engaged workforce, plus how to:

  • Tune into what your employees need from you
  • Attract and retain great people
  • Manage performance
  • Build a reward and recognition system that works
  • Build capability to close critical skills gaps
  • Introduce a culture of continuous improvement
  • Build a sustainable environment to benefit clients, staff and stakeholders
