AI Upskilling Fund

SMEs in the Professional and Business Services sector can get subsidised AI skills training for their employees.

Through the Flexible AI Upskilling Fund, eligible businesses can apply for funding for up to 50% of the cost of AI skills training and other AI upskilling activities.

This includes training that helps employees develop their technical skills and/or understanding of AI to be able to develop, deploy, or use AI in their role.

The scheme aims to increase AI usage in businesses, address AI skills gaps, and boost productivity by incentivising greater employer-led investment in skills and training.
