B Legal has acquired its second practice in three months as it pushes forward with its expansion effort in the local area.
B Legal, a Buckinghamshire Business First member, agreed terms with Cooper Solicitors of Henley, with the acquisition to go though on October 1 2012. This is hot on the heels of its becoming the successor practice of Fendom Dawson & Towner on July 1.
The Marlow-based B Legal has built up strong national and local business relationships since its formation in 2005, which has lead to a number of prestigious professional accreditations for its financial, risk, technology and service offering.
Roger Towner, Director of B Legal, said: “This and other potential opportunities we are working on will see the enlarged firm further strengthen its position in the local Thames Valley region through its customer and business relationships and connections.”
Nicola Chard, Managing Director of B Legal added: “Our objective is to focus on and improve the customer experience and continue to provide a first class legal service at both a national and local, community level.”
Cooper Solicitors has a history in Henley that dates back to 1741, and departing Senior Partner Toby Greenwood, said they were “excited by the opportunities which have now opened up to us as a result of this transaction.”
