Westfourstreet Design nominated for two Milton Keynes Digital Awards

Westfourstreet have been nominated for two categories in the Milton Keynes Digital Awards, in the B2B website category and for their business blog.

Director Richard Bateman commented: "I cannot begin to express how proud I am of every person who contributes to westfourstreet. I am also incredibly grateful to the many clients who have provided us with the opportunity and freedom to express ourselves creatively and promote their business.

"We have been fortunate this year to have been featured through various media outlets, including an interview in The Guardian, being featured by Buckinghamshire Business First and our interview on the Buckinghamshire Business First radio show on Mix96.

"To be nominated amongst creatives who we have long admired since our humble beginnings is an honour and rest assured, there will be some sore heads the morning after the awards ceremony!"

1,500th client for Aylesbury Notary

James Couzens, the Aylesbury-based notary public, has just signed the 1500th client since his practice was established in 2009. He has also re-launched his website, which now includes helpful explanatory videos about the different processes involved in a notary’s work.

If you don’t already know what a notary public is, perhaps you should (especially in the post-Brexit world), as you could be in need of their services at any time. Simply put, a notary is a specially trained legal expert who helps businesses trade overseas. The notary’s work involves verifying documents, facts and transactions - their independent certification and the notarial seal are accepted by authorities in most countries around the world.

James says: “I often see clients with unusual products or services and my 1,500th client is no exception, being a developer of specialist satellite data technology used to track maritime shipping. Based at Triangle Business Park, Stoke Mandeville, they needed to get company statements notarised to qualify for an EU tender. There are often short deadlines involved in business transactions so I see people not only in but also outside office hours and even at weekends if there’s an urgent need.”
