Time to revolutionise your business?

Investing in electric vehicles, water & waste reduction, LEDs or a new boiler is well worth it. Think of the savings! Think of the planet!

Thinking about your energy bills is not just a winter exercise. Taking action in the summer months can set you up for a warmer, cheaper winter that leaves your business with more money to invest in staff, new products, training and the like.

There is also financial help available right now to help you reduce the cost of any action you do take, as you can get up to a third of your costs covered by a grant from Low Carbon Workspaces.

What activity can be funded?

Plenty!

  • New boilers
  • LED lights
  • electric and plug-in hybrid electric fleet vehicles
  • water efficiency measures
  • waste reduction methods
  • renewable heat and electricity generating technologies
  • battery storage systems
  • insulation

Want to hear some success stories?

Local businesses have been getting their hands on grant funding from Low Carbon Workspaces and putting it to great use. For example:

  • Satellite Creative, who took a three-pronged approach to energy efficiency, with a new boiler, LEDs and air-con units leading to yearly savings of at least £600
  • Apex Circuit Design, whose new efficient printer reduced related electricity costs by 70%
  • Farnham Royal Village Hall, whose new boiler and modern thermostatic controls produced a £600 saving in the first 6 months of use
