How to Participate

The process involves submitting a written pitch and video by April 18th, followed by shortlisting and final pitching to a distinguished panel of judges.

The Prize Details

The lucky winner will enjoy six months of rent-free occupancy, including essential services like broadband, electricity, water, cleaning, estate service charges, and building insurance. For the subsequent six months, a discounted rent of £10,000 + VAT per annum will apply.

* Market value of the office is £21,000 + VAT per annum including electricity, water & broadband. In normal circumstances there is an additonal estate charge £585 + VAT per annum plus buildings insurance of £149 + VAT per annum.

Pitch Requirements

Your pitch should encapsulate your business journey, product or service offerings, market opportunity, current milestones, future projections, and the impact an office space would have on your growth trajectory. Additionally, confirmation of funding availability for the discounted rent period is required.
