This time we are joined by Mari Durward-Akhurst, a Paralympic medal -winning athlete, mentor, speaker and self-described fighter! Mari is planning to take gold at  the next summer Paralympics in 2028 -so how does an elite athlete gain that extra competitive edge to be the best? Time to find out.
