Following last year’s success, come along and meet fellow businesses at this year’s National Customer Service Week networking event hosted by Metro Bank, Aylesbury, and Helen Pettifer Training.

The evening will include: open networking, opportunity for business introductions, guest speaker – Helen Pettifer, raffle, and refreshments. 

Helen Pettifer is truly passionate about all aspects of Customer Service and communication and her aim is to encourage and motivate companies to always put customers at the heart of their businesses. 

Metro Bank is a community bank, with each store run by a local bank manager. 

It strongly believes in its motto of ‘Local Bankers Making Local Decisions’ and works closely with SMEs to understand their needs.
