This workshop will be presented by Helen Pethybridge, owner and founder of Chiltern Coaching Ltd, operating as part of ActionCOACH UK. Helen has 25 years experience working with businesses to improve with effectiveness of their teams, both locally and internationally, as an HR Director with organisations including PepsiCo, GE and Diageo. This work has focused on people management skills, organisational design, leadership development, culture development and change management.
