Through this scheme, you will get at least 45 days of resource from a student on a course directly relevant to your business needs.

Unlike work experience or a standard internship, you’ll get to agree a working pattern that suits your business. Plus, your student will bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the mix, whilst developing the skills they really need in the workplace.

This is a great opportunity to get an extra pair of hands to support your business and help prepare the workforce of the future. Employers can play a key role in creating opportunities for young people in the local community at the start of their careers to develop their technical and employability skills and build confidence.
