Skills. Training. Recruitment. Leadership. Careers. Development.
Businesses in Buckinghamshire have a ready-made support network at their service for all of the above – and more!
In the same way that Buckinghamshire Business First is fully established at the heart of the local business community, the Buckinghamshire Skills Hub (part of our wider BBF Group) occupies the same space within local education, skills and careers development.
This perfect partnership is able to seamlessly join the dots between:
- Skills gaps within sectors and training opportunities for young people
- Job vacancies and job seekers
- Senior management shortfalls and leadership development training
- Advice and guidance on apprenticeships, work experience and recruitment
Speak to us and we will support you
We know that where there are ongoing challenges with recruitment and training, it can sometimes seem as though there is no solution.
But we want to remind you that Buckinghamshire Business First was built for this.
Our history of being right there at the coalface with businesses and being able to tap into their needs, knowledge and experiences, gives us a crucial place in the business/skills eco system.
It’s just one of the reasons why we have been named the official Employer Representative Body (ERB) for skills in Buckinghamshire, chosen to lead the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) to address local skills shortages.

- And there's the Bucks Skills Show– where you can exhibit for free and meet thousands of students and job seekers!
Want to support people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)?
