Our new system gives you greater flexibility and control over your meeting room bookings. You can book online and there are no more two hour limits, while the more you invest the more time you get.
We know how popular our meeting rooms are at our three business hubs in Aylesbury, Chesham and Saunderton. They are regularly in use, providing a great service for businesses that need a formal place to hold meetings. They have proven especially important for start-up businesses and sole traders with no dedicated office space.
We have now revamped how we take meeting room bookings (you will need to be logged in).
The new system allows you to simply log in via your membership profile, select the date and time you want and then book it. Please note that you can now only book a meeting room online, not over the phone. If you run into any problems you can still give us a ring though.
No time limits
As mentioned, there are no longer any time limits on how long you can book a meeting room for.
Although there are no limits on how long an individual meeting can be, every member now gets 4 hours of meeting room bookings free, you can then pay as you go for £10 + VAT p/h or get more time included as part of a co-investment package.
Your membership profile will keep a running tally for you, so you don’t forget how many hours you’ve used up.

If you have yet to utilise the fantastic facilities on offer at our hubs across the county, take the time to familiarise yourself with them now.
Each hub comes with free hot-desking, free Wi-Fi and free and competitively priced meeting rooms. You will find the hubs especially useful if:
- You work from home and need a more formal office environment to hold a meeting
- You’re out and about and want to catch up on work or check your emails
- You’re holding an important meeting and need fully equipped meeting rooms
- You just want to pop in for a chat, a comfortable seat, a cup of coffee and no distractions.
