Ticket information: Please note that tickets are fully funded for organisations based in West Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes City Council areas. Organisations outside these areas are welcome to join and will be charged a small fee to cover the cost of your attendance.
Booking information: Booking one exhibitor ticket entitles you to one exhibitor table and two tickets for attendees. You can add the name of the second attendee, if applicable, during the booking process.
Arrival Instructions: The event is accessed through the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, located on the Hamilton straight at the iconic Silverstone Racetrack. Guests will be guided to make their way over the connecting glass bridge, with spectacular views of the racetrack and starting grid, to the conference centre.
Refreshments: We will provide refreshments for guests with food served during the networking element of the event.
Photography: We may take photographs at this event for future promotional activity including social media. If you do not wish to appear in the photographs – please let us know either when making your booking, via email to [email protected] or by advising a member of the BBF team when you arrive.
