Where and when: Buckinghamshire New University's new Atrium space on 17th September.

This event was a collaboration between Innovate UK and Buckinghamshire Business First that showcased the national and regional support that is available to businesses of all sizes.

The goal was to help businesses capture market opportunities, sharpen their competitive edge, and strengthen their growth strategies through innovative thinking. Over 100 businesses attended on the day and they were able to connect with innovation experts, attend masterclasses and network with like-minded professionals from Buckinghamshire's thriving business community.

Westcott Showcase

Where and when: Westcott Venture Park on 19th September.

This event was all about 'Accelerating Space Innovation' and attracted representatives from over 180 companies and organisations who discussed exciting developments including drones, rocket propulsion and sustainability in space.

Held at Westcott Venture Park, it provided an opportunity to meet and network with the park’s space cluster companies, as well as businesses from across the park, academia and the growing space community. Delegates toured the site with space cluster businesses giving an insight into their operations, while a small exhibition of businesses gave delegates lots to immerse themselves in throughout the day.

This event was run in partnership between Buckinghamshire Business First, Buckinghamshire Council - Buckinghamshire Enterprise Zone, PATRIZIA, Satellite Applications Catapult, URA Thrusters, Westcott Space Cluster, and Westcott Venture Park.
