We are delighted to host this event at Hartwell House Hotel in The Soane Room – the principal dining room designed in 1988 in the style of the eminent early 19th century architect, Sir John Soane, and is based on a room in 11 Downing Street, home of the Chancellor of the Exchequer.

We are delighted to be welcoming Sally White, who will be speaking about placing employers at the heart of local skills needs.
Sally White from SYLO Beyond HR. One of the founders of SYLO Beyond HR, Sally cites her passion in all things related to people and business with 30 years plus experience in all aspects of HR through a variety of middle and board level senior management roles. She’s led on nationwide and international recruitment campaigns, transformational change projects, leadership training and development and is an accredited executive coach.
She currently sits on various boards with business leaders; shaping the skills agenda and strategy as a member of the Buckinghamshire LEP Skills Advisory Board and focusing on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion with the Oxfordshire Inclusive Economy Partnership.
