  • Looking to navigate the metaverse, and increase engagement in our new hybrid world?
  • Do you want to win the battle for talent or simply keep the lights on in a world of rising prices?
  • What is on the horizon for the future of work?

If there is one thing that is certain, it’s that we’re living in a world of continuous disruption.

What to expect

We will bring together a panel of experts and businesses who have successfully adapted their business models to ensure their business is in the best possible place to ride the wave of whatever happens next.

Buckinghamshire Business First AGM

The event will be preceded by the Buckinghamshire Business First Annual General Meeting, taking place from 1.00pm

Visitors to the Buckinghamshire Future of Work Summit are welcome to join the AGM to hear about our vision for the next year via Chairman Michael Garvey and Managing Director Philippa Batting.

Our Environmental Impact

Buckinghamshire Business First is working hard to reduce the environmental impact of our events and lower our carbon footprint as much as possible. We are doing this through:

  • Reducing the use of single use items which can produce a vast amount of waste and be very damaging to the planet. We avoid the use of single use plastics and take action to mitigate food waste wherever possible.
  • Reusing, including asking attendees to return their lanyards or badge covers after events so they can be used again.
  • Recycling suitable materials, like plastic, cardboard, and paper, and ensuring that when we do print, we do so on recycled paper.
  • Saving trees by using digital communications where possible – including invitations, and using QR codes rather than paper flyers where appropriate.
  • Accounting for and offsetting carbon – all events hosted by BBF have their emissions calculated and offset through Gold Standard Verified offsetting programmes.
  • Education and awareness, ensuring delegates join us on our journey to Net Zero.

If you have any suggestions of other ways that we can reduce our environmental impact at our events – do let us know at events@bbf.uk.com
